Curb Cutting Machine

curb cutting machine (also called a curb cutter) is equipment that is used to cut the concrete. The curb cutter is a simple device and is portable on four wheels.

 

This concrete curb cutter is powered by an engine. Its blade can be operated up and gown up to 600 mm on an uneven surface and adjustments can be made by 3 hand-wheels.

 

High performance cutting blade specially made for cutting RCC is aided by water stored at the tank thus increasing the life of the blade. Operating and maintenance is easy and does not require skilled labour.

 

The curb cutter uses a 4-5 HP (3600 rpm) engine powered by petrol, kerosene or diesel.  It also has a total of 3 screw handles to adjust the working height of cutting blade. The total adjustable height of the curb cutter is up to 500 mm.

 

To move the machine is forward or reverse direction, a hand wheel is provided.

 

There is a standard make hundred liter water tank to cool the blades when working. The blade used in the cutting machine gives maximum cutting depth of 7 inches. There are a total four wheels to move the machine while cutting.
