Mechanical brooms manufactured by ATLAS are very efficient in terms of road cleaning. The broom consists of nylon cleaning bristles which are durable and efficient. The broom can be easily fitted over a tractor without an axle and can move as per the road. It has a 2.25 m cleaning width.

There are a total 27 nylon brushes for proper cleaning on either sides of the road, brush. The nylon bristles are extremely flexible and can be adjusted be upto 100 mm.

Wheels have a tractor like grip which gives a superior grip while ensuring proper cleaning.

This bavel gear is connected to the towing wheel which enables it to move with the movement of broom.

There is no need for a special tractor attachment to move it.

The high quality bearings and gear material enables the smoothest of movements and durability.

There is a high wear resistant duplex chain which drives the two axles facilitating the movement of the bristles.

Mechanical Broom

There are a total of 3 handles as seen in the figure which are necessary for slope adjustment as the broom moves for cleaning.

The center is the main handle which enables the central movement while from the sides, the level of the broom working can be adjusted so as to facilitate proper cleaning on all sides.

Total length of each brush is 6 ½ inches and usable range is 4 ½ to 5 inches.
