Bitumen Sprayer

Available in capacities 4T, 6T and 8T, Bitumen Sprayers manufactured by ATLAS are highly efficient in spraying. It has a 25 HP Kirloskar make diesel engine to drive Bitumen Pump and a standard Ingersoll Rand compressor.

The spraying width is 2.4 to 4.5 meters with a total of 19 high efficient spraying nozzles ensuring a superior and uniform spraying. Spraying nozzles are operated by a pneumatic cylinder.

The pipe line is arranged to ensure proper flow of materials through gravity and to ensure less hazzles in cleaning. A filter is assembled in the spraying line to ensure proper cleaning.

A digital tachometer is provided to monitor the spraying of bitumen.

A relief valve provided with bitumen pump ensures NO CLOGGING of Bitumen.
