| RM-800 - Concrete Batching Plant |
 |
|
Model RM-800 is a reversible mini concrete batching plant with capacity as 12m3 per hour.
The plant has got three load cell cells for three bins for individual measuring of cement, gravel and sand. There is also a single load cell mounted beneath the water tank to measure water quantity.
The entire operation is by a control panel board and that the machine also has a one hand operated pump to lubricate 15 moving parts.
Standard hydraulic system ensures that the machine works for years without giving maintenance. There is also a 60 liter hydraulic tank which assists the hydraulic system in working in wide range of temperature.
As the plant is fully automated, it works as a mini concrete batching plant and its small size enables |

1. Hand lever valve - Is concerned with self- lubrication of all the movable components of the entire machine.
2. Hydraulic control valve - Enables up-down movement of 3-bin hopper by powering hydraulic cylinder.
3. Hydraulic pressure gauge - This indicates the pressure that is required to move the hydraulic circuit. Any failure in the hydraulic circuit can be detected through the reading of this pressure gauge.
4. Hydraulic tank - Capacity 60 lit. Oil used 63 Grade. Also includes a suction stenner filter located at the starting of the suction line for filtering every drop of the oil and ensure that your machine is in best of condition. |

Control panel Digital display shows the different weights of 3 aggregate bins (supported by individual load cells) and water. Auto feeding of water is possible through the load cell.
Hydraulic Power pack - Operated by control panel. The hydraulic pump (Make Dowty/ Rexroth) and motor used ensure (Kirloskar/ Crompton make) high performance and optimum performance.
The four jacks take control of the machine to ensure maximum stability while in working position. |

Clock-wise position enables mixing of material.
Anti-clock-wise position enables discharge of material.
The drum is crafted out of a 5 mm thick sheet, the heavy chassis is built up to sustain the toughest of conditions.
The stronger chassis ensure lowest vibration in working position. |
