With the development taking place at a rapid speed, it becomes absolutely necessary to implement technologies and solutions that help mankind to grow and expand.  The concrete has come as a boon to the mankind as it is an ideal material for building and construction.

RMC or Ready mixed concrete is manufactured at a batching plant or factory. All this is made to a set recipe, and then delivered to the workplace.  These mixed materials are then emptied into transit mixers which are used for transportation. The result of concrete batch plants is ready mixed concretes which have a precise mixture, and this helps achieve specialty concretes to be developed and used on the construction sites.

Ready mixed concrete is very often referred to the usual mixing of on-site concrete, as it can help reduce the confusion of on site labour, and deliver good quality precision mixes which can be maintained throughout the life of the building project. Sometimes however, relying on a predetermined concrete mixture can reduce the flexibility in the components of the mixture, and also the supply chain.

Today, RMC is playing a very important role in building road and civil structures. They offer unmatched rigidity and long life to the structure. Hence it is getting popular and the use is increasing day by day.

RMC can be manufactured to customer specific requirements, and is sold and bought by volume, which is generally in cubic meters.

Ready Mix plants are available in stationary as well as mobile types. The portable RMC plants are also accurate and work where mobility is needed. Mobile concrete plants are available in smaller capacities and are suited for the contractor on the go.

Mobile RMC plants also have panel boards with them which help in the running of the entire plant. These portable concrete batch type plants add to the ease factor and help in precision level to the maximum. It is very easy to achieve accuracy with these mobile concrete batching plants.

Feeding can be manual or by a cold aggregate feeder systems. There is a vibratory motor attached to the feeder. All the bins are with an individual load cell, which display readings in the control panel.  Hydraulic cylinders are used which help in uplifting the feeder at the time of emptying into the drum.

Water tank of suitable capacity is mounted at the top to add desired quantity of water to the mix. The mixer drum is crafted with extreme care and precision and is long lasting. The plant comes with heavy duty wheels and sturdy legs to support the plant when working.

There is a single hand lever valve located near the control panel which acts as a single point of lubrication in the mini concrete batch plant.
